OrthoRestore unconditionally guarantees the materials and workmanship of restored or new orthotics for one year from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our workmanship or materials, simply contact us to request a postage return label. We will correct your orthotics and return them to you free of charge.

Return / Refunds Policy

OrthoRestore customers may return our products for repair, rework, or refund for one year from the date of purchase.

Return shipping is free. Please contact us to request a pre-paid Priority Mail shipping label.

Refunds will be processed immediately upon return of any product purchased from OrthoRestore.

Customers should allow seven days for refunds to appear on their credit card or PayPal accounts.
