I am so happy with my newly refurbished orthotics!  I had a pair made in late 2020 from a doctors office that were about $1,200 before insurance.  I work construction and work 60-80 hours a week so by 2023 they were completely trashed.  I'm talking chunks missing and worn down to the plastic.  My podiatrist had since retired and didn't want to go through the entire process all over again.  I found OrthoRestore and reached out.  Customer service was great!  Fast responses every time.  I sent my orthotics to them using their prepaid label and a couple weeks later my orthotics came back and they were absolutely perfect!  I have bad feet so my orthotics are far from basic and have pads and cutouts in certain spots.  I was surprised to be honest.  I only wish I would have had a 2nd pair made at the same time. Four months ago, I "took a chance" and sent one pair (of three) of orthotics for reconditioning. I'm not certain what in the online profile gave me hope that this resource could replace my in-person connection I had to abandon when I move to Florida, and of course, I feared for the outcome of my precious inserts. But, quick, reassuring e-mail replies to my questions, a simple, effortless process of sending and then a quick turnaround, in receiving them back gave me hope! Just wanted to compliment you on a good job. Considering the cost of two doctor visits and what the orthotic service will charge through insurance, this saved me time and money. The quality is as good as the original. Thanks. They were most helpful and very professional!  I called them to see if they would restore my orthotics and how the process worked.  They sent me a postage paid mail in label and I sent them in.  They kept me informed when they were returning them to me and it was earlier than they said originally.  They did a beautiful job and I have already given a friend of mine a referral to them.
